Most clients contact us 12 to 24 months before they'd like to move in. That leaves room for design, permitting, selections and construction without rushing a single decision.
Vision + Feasibility
In your free consultation we discuss your wishlist, preferred style, budget and timing, and confirm what's realistic on your lot (or the lot you're considering).
Design + Pricing
We collaborate with your architect, or ours, to finalize plans, then build a detailed budget with allowances for finishes.
Build + Walkthroughs
Our team manages permits, trades and schedules. You'll join key walkthroughs to approve milestones and details, with weekly updates in between.
Handover + Support
